Essence is the very fabric of our Soul. When we experience our Essence we have the sense of wholeness. In contrast, the lack of contact with our Essence gives us a sense that we have lost our way home, that we have lost our paradise. We are born full of Essence and free of any conditioning. As time passes and childhood programming settles into our system, we gradually lose the connection to our Essence. We then live in a paradoxical state of existence: we are Essence and yet we do not know it. 

Essence experienced through the heart radiates through the prism of Love, becoming Essential Love Dimensions, Personal and Impersonal Loves. In this group we will explore two Personal Love Essences, which are closely related and present in the early months of our life: the Milky Love and the Colostrum Love. The Colostrum Love is received by the newborn baby through the colostrum of the mother and is an extremely rich quality of love, a love which sustains the baby at the very beginning of its life. It is the love that makes us feel worthy and entitled to receive. 

The Milky Love is experienced by the baby through mother’s milk and through the totality of her nurturing presence at this time. This love nourishes us and influences our ability to receive and to feel our own self-worth. On the path toward integration, it is vital to rediscover the fountain of these Essential Loves within us and restore their flow in our system, to reclaim these qualities as properties of our Soul.
